DESCRIPTION:The ECI Regional Planning District is proud to host a Winter Clothing Drive from October through December 2025\, in partnership with the Muncie Mission. Together\, we’re working to ensure that individuals and families in our community have access to warm\, reliable clothing during the coldest months of the year.\n\n\n\n\nWe are collecting new and gently used coats\, hats\, gloves\, scarves\, sweaters\, and other winter essentials. By donating\, you’ll help provide comfort\, warmth\, and peace of mind to neighbors who may otherwise go without. Donations will be delivered regularly to the Muncie Mission so they can quickly reach those who need them most. \nDonations can be dropped off at the ECIRPD office\, located at 1208 White River Blvd.\, Suite 136.
