• In-Person Programs: Held at The Innovation Connector (1208 W White River Blvd), these sessions provide a collaborative learning environment equipped with laptops, projectors, whiteboards, and a configurable space. The academy manages participant recruitment, check-in, and materials preparation. In adherence to CDC guidelines, health and safety remain a top priority. 
• Virtual Programs: Conducted via Zoom, these sessions incorporate interactive tools such as polls, breakout rooms, and Mural whiteboards to enhance engagement. Dedicated staff members are available to serve as digital producers, ensuring a seamless and dynamic online experience.
