Meet Darlesia Lee: ECIRPD Assistant Director of Regional Economic Development & Planning
The ECI Regional Planning District is excited to introduce Darlesia Lee, the new Assistant Director of Regional Economic Development & Planning. A Jay County resident, Darlesia values the small-town feel and appreciates the accessibility of local decision-makers, believing that direct community engagement is key to progress.
In addition to her new role, Darlesia is a devoted wife of 20 years and a proud mother of two. She is also the owner of Enario Studio, a visual media company specializing in photography and videography. With an exciting rebrand on the horizon, Darlesia continues to showcase her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for capturing compelling visuals.
Darlesia holds a degree in Business Administration, equipping her with the knowledge to navigate economic development. She is actively involved in the East Central Indiana community, serving on the Board of Trustees for Minnetrista, an appointment made by the Portland Foundation.
In her new role, Darlesia focuses on grant funding and business retention, working to create sustainable opportunities for local businesses and industries. She is passionate about ensuring Jay County continues to grow and thrive, bringing more resources and support to the businesses and residents who call it home.
