Restaurant Revitalization Fund
The Restau
rant Revitalization Fund (RRF) was established as part of the American Rescue Plan Act, which President Biden signed into law in March 2021. RRF appropriates $28.6 billion to restaurants, food stands, food trucks, caterers, bars, bakeries, breweries, wineries, and distilleries that were adversely affected by the pandemic. If chosen to receive money from the RRF, received funds can be used on expenses incurred between February 15, 2020 and March 11, 2023.
