Stand Up for Kids: A Night of Comedy for a Cause in Muncie

Looking for a fun night out that actually makes a difference? Save the date, Friday, April 17, for the 1st Annual Champions for Children Stand Up for Kids Comedy Night right here in Muncie.

Hosted by the CASA Champions for Children Board, this event is all about having a great time while supporting a great cause. The night will feature Indiana’s own Brent Terhune, known for his viral videos and relatable humor, along with opening comedian David Brooks.

But this event is about more than just comedy; it’s about community. Every ticket purchased helps CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) continue its mission of supporting children in need. Funds raised go directly toward providing meaningful items and experiences for kids, including dance lessons, basketball hoops, cameras, birthday gifts, holiday presents, and even simple comforts like blankets.

CASA volunteers work one-on-one with kids going through tough situations, making sure they’re heard and supported. By coming out to this event, you’re helping make that possible. So whether you’re attending for the comedy, the cause, or both, it’s a night you can feel good about being part of.
