Crowdfunding Campaign Launched for New Jay County Mural Project
The ECI Regional Planning District (ECIRPD) is excited to announce a crowdfunding campaign to support a vibrant new mural in the heart of Jay County’s historic downtown. The mural will be located on the Jay County Community Resource Center building, right on Meridian Street — a central and historic location that is a hub for local activity.
This project is planned for summer 2025, with the goal of raising the necessary funds by the end of July and starting the painting in the Fall if the targeted goal is met, bringing a fresh, creative spark to downtown and highlighting the pride and spirit of the Jay County community.
The mural will not only beautify the downtown area but will also serve as a lasting symbol of community collaboration and local heritage. ECIRPD is calling on local residents, businesses, and supporters of public art to contribute to the campaign and help bring this vision to life.
For questions or more information about the project or how to donate, contact Anna King-Cross at (765) 624-0173 or by email at aking-cross@ecirpd.org.
