ECIRPD Team Members Earn PASER Certification

The ECI Regional Planning District is proud to recognize team members Jacob Thomas and Michelle Badders for successfully completing the Purdue University PASER certification. The PASER (Pavement Surface Evaluation and Rating) system is an important tool used to assess pavement conditions and guide long-term infrastructure planning.

Through this certification, Jacob and Michelle are trained to accurately evaluate roadway surfaces and provide consistent ratings that support data-driven decision-making. This certification also allows us to help small towns keep their Asset Management Plans (AMPs) up to date and ensure they remain eligible for Community Crossings Matching Grants (CCMG) and other state and federal funding opportunities. We congratulate Jacob and Michelle on this achievement and appreciate their continued commitment to strengthening the communities we serve.
